About the Role:
Build and integrate GWS and A&T account teams performing EV work into overall end to end EV platform with a programmatic approach. Ensure accounts with an EV focus or sub-segment EV have aligned A&T and GWS with overall client scope and anticipated EV pipeline. Role will be a key leader on the Global EV leadership team and work across multiple lines of business, specifically with A&T.
What You’ll Do
- Own overall integration of all A&T and GWS account leads with responsibility over EV delivery and integration. Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Regional Directors to integrate and align A&T and GWS teams across client accounts and delivery model.
- Partner with EV teams to understand EV sales pipeline and forecast site selection resource needs.
- Partner in the selection process of delivery teams assigned to EV accounts.
- Partner with A&T COE to identify local broker skills and develop talent pipeline, training and succession planning for EV service line.
- Develop standard methodologies to share between teams and service lines completing EV work.
- Work with Alliance Directors and A&T Leaders to ensure site selection teams are on-boarded fully into the account team.
- Handle transition process of both GWS and A&T Transition Teams
- Lead all aspects of on-boarding program and integration for ramp up of account into the EV Platform
- Align resourcing model across all service lines for initial ramp up. Ensure clients and leaders understand overall goals, results, and integration across service lines. Engage with the teams to fill and deliver the pipeline with sites suitable for EV based on client requirements to align and exceed client expectations.
- Partner with product development team to build standard tools and templates for use with EV processes – Includes process flows, timelines for task completion and standard reporting templates.
- Lead and report out on consolidated service lines teams’ performance across accounts. Responsible for engaging teams to ensure client expectations and underwriting assumptions related to deal flow are met.
- Leads planning and communication of overall delivery reporting across accounts.
- In collaboration with the other leaders, serve as initial point for any clients concerns or engagement challenges.
- Ensure connectivity between client team and account-based execution functions including lease admin, project management and facility management.
- Develop programmatic lifecycle approach to ensure all account functions are operating as one to deliver overall process to the customer.
- Partner with service line leaders, and platform resources to identifies and refine teams and structures as needed to serve accounts.
- Partners with the EV Teams and Platform Services on the development of tools and process which can be used across the EV site selection business.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback against service line benchmarks and other EV Team performances metrics for account teams and make recommendations for change / additions based on customer and account feedback.
- Partner to continually bring new brokerage teams into the program to keep up with scale and new customer needs.
Leverage CBRE technology tools to improve performance and teamwork.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8-12 years of meaningful experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to influence and exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- Achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments’ results within a function and matrix environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Commercial brokerage / site selection background / site development experience background
- Experience with coordinated delivery across transactions / projects Ability to work in an operating environment that is not fully formed or defined
- Long-range thinking to see issues and client customer concerns before they manifest

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $200,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $250,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
